This ludicrously long-lived site is built and run by Alch (aka Mike) from his attic hovel in deepest Walkley.
Who am I? [misty woz ere: Alch's MySpace page, new links welcome]
Many thanks to everyone in Sheffield for your incredible support over the past eight years.

Plans are afoot to expand this site to cover bands and events across the whole county, but in the mean time I've gone and applied for a job down on the South coast (ooops), and am busy doing six trillion other things as well. If you run a promo mob or music magazine or whatever, and are interested in joining forces, we should talk....

REVIEWS: Band Demos and Limited Releases
Please submit demos on tape, CD or vinyl. It's our goal that every demo received will (eventually) be reviewed. Please note, however, that we are desperately short of reviewers, so reviews can take an awfully long time to appear. To avoid long delays, we now try to list CDs sent to us as soon as we collect them from the PO Box, complete with track listings, recording details, and so on - so please be sure to include that information with your CD. A review will be added as soon as it becomes available.
    Site Layout
Events and Gigs are listed under What's On. Venue details are given in the Classified Listings. Please give us lots of warning - the whole site is maintained by Alch in his spare time, and updates are normally done at the start of the month (hangover permitting).
